EULA - End User License Agreement

BEFORE YOU INSTALL BTS Track and Bill , CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
THIS AGREEMENT. BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND
BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF
THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE BTS Track and Bill SOFTWARE.

SOFTWARE LICENSE
Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use BTS Track and Bill, hereafter referred to
as
"the software", on a 15-day trial basis for the purpose of determining whether the software is
suitable for their needs. The use of the software, except for the initial 15-day trial, requires
registration. The use of unlicensed copies of the software, apart from the initial 15-day trial, by
any person, business, corporation, government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited.

No one may modify or patch the software executable files in any way, including but not limited
to decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the programs.

A limited license is granted to copy and distribute the software only for the trial use of others,
subject to the above limitations, and also the following:

1) The software and all of its release files must be copied in unmodified form, complete with the
file containing this license information.

2) No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested or accepted, except as authorized
below:

Use of the software for any period of time constitutes your acceptance of this agreement and
subjects you to its contents.

Users of the software must accept this disclaimer of warranty:

BTS Track and Bill is supplied "as is". The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied,
including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
Primo Media and the authors assume no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which
may result from the use of the software.

The software is distributed as shareware and is provided at no charge to the user for
evaluation. You may share copies of the 15 day trial version with friends and colleagues. User
supported software helps programmers develop high-quality, low cost applications. If you find
the software useful and continue to use it after a 15 day trial period, you must make a payment
of $14.95 (US funds) to Primo Media. This fee will license one copy of the software for use on
any one computer. Copying and distributing the software without proper registration is
dishonest and illegal.

If you have received this software through one of the so called "Shareware Houses"
(companies whose business is selling diskettes containing other authors' software), please
note that NONE of the money you have paid so far will make its way to the author. You have
simply paid for the illegal duplication and distribution costs.
